Full Coverage Conditions

Please read the full coverage terms and conditions carefully before selecting this option.

Important Notice

Full Coverage reduces your financial responsibility in many common damage situations, but it does not mean that every incident is automatically covered under all circumstances.

What is Full Coverage?

Full Coverage is an optional protection package that helps limit the renter’s responsibility for eligible vehicle damage or loss during the rental period, subject to the conditions below.

This protection applies only when the vehicle is used in accordance with the rental agreement, local traffic laws, and all supplier terms and conditions.

Coverage Overview

Included

  • Collision damage to the rented vehicle body
  • Minor accidental exterior damage
  • Partial protection against theft of the vehicle
  • Reduction of renter liability for eligible incidents
  • Coverage valid only during the confirmed rental period

Not Included

  • Damage caused by reckless, negligent, or illegal driving
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Tire, wheel, glass, underbody, roof, or interior damage unless specifically stated
  • Lost keys, documents, plates, or accessories
  • Damage caused by unauthorized drivers
  • Damage caused after leaving the accident scene without proper report

Conditions for Valid Coverage

Condition Requirement
Valid driver The vehicle must be driven only by the renter or additional drivers approved in the agreement.
Police / accident report In case of accident, theft, vandalism, or third-party involvement, an official report may be required.
Immediate notification The rental company must be informed as soon as possible after the incident.
Proper vehicle use The vehicle must not be used off-road, for racing, towing, transporting prohibited goods, or other unauthorized purposes.
Contract compliance All rental agreement terms, local laws, and return obligations must be followed.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the loss of full coverage benefits.

Examples of Situations Not Covered

Full Coverage may become invalid in situations such as:

  • the driver was not listed in the rental agreement;
  • the renter ignored dashboard warning lights and continued driving;
  • the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence;
  • the car was used outside the permitted territory;
  • the renter did not provide required accident documentation.

Deposit / Liability Note

Full Coverage may reduce liability, but a refundable security deposit can still be pre-authorized or charged according to the booking and supplier policy. Any remaining non-covered losses, penalties, administrative fees, or contract violations may still be charged to the renter.

Final Note

By selecting Full Coverage, the renter confirms acceptance of these terms and understands that coverage is subject to verification of the incident and compliance with all rental conditions.
